Gixxer 250 will be powered by an air and oil-cooled, 249cc single-piston with a single overhead cam (SOHC) engine that produces 26.5 PS of power at 9,000 rpm and 22.6 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. Suzuki's Oil Cooling System (SOCS) has also been fitted in the new Gixxer 250 for improved oil flow and therefore cooling the engine more efficiently.
